I’m not even sure I need to write a word about this Crown Point Senior Photographer with Madison. The photos say more than I can.
Madison is a senior at Crown Point and graduates in 2020. She is obviously into dance! Goodness my legs hurt watching her jump haha.
We started this Crown Point Senior Photographer session in Michigan City at a cool wall with some great color. I have used this wall often because I love color and the shapes. Some lines in the siding helped add depth and dimension as well as leading lines in some side photos.
I waited weeks for the sunset at the lighthouse. I think we rescheduled three times due to rain. We were thankfully rewarded with a lovely evening and some soft light.
I love reflections! Thats obvious in my work haha. So we had to do a few low shots with reflections. Yes I made the puddle with some crazy splashing. I’m sure other people at the lighthouse thought I was a weird dude with a camera as I took my shoes off and waded into the water on the step to splash the concrete haha. But I got the shot I wanted and that’s the point.
The Extra Mile
I think one of my strengths as a photographer has always been my strong desire to go the extra mile to get photos that are not just boring normal angles, so laying in puddles, hanging over the side of bridges and climbing trees are just normal for me now haha. I’m always waiting for a senior with fun hobbies to call. Like motocross, horse riding or anything else I can incorporate some out of the box action shots.
If you or some one you know needs some fun senior portraits in the NWI region get in touch asap!
