Lincolnshire Country Club Wedding

Lincolnshire Country Club is a hidden gem just over the Indiana Illinois border in Crete Il. When I met with Tonilee and James, I had never heard of it. Now I have been there, and after such a good wedding, I hope I am there again.

We had a lovely day right from the start. Unlike their Engagement session which was a way colder day. It was warm, but there was a gentle breeze for the outdoor ceremony.

I love working with some great vendors in the region here. I think I run into Krissy V at a wedding every month. Her make up artistry is second to none! Krissy had the ladies almost ready when I arrived at Lincolnshire Country Club. I was able to get some candid photos of the girls getting ready and due to a good venue layout I could pop across to the guys. The guys at most weddings are never as busy getting ready, but they had cards and beer and were happy haha.

Tonilee and James chose to do a first look and read letters from each other just before they did so. It is such a special moment for couples and I love capturing them. I try and use a long lens and stay out of the way.

The ceremony was outside and some welcome clouds made it a cooler ceremony than it could have been.

We had about 15 minutes after the ceremony to race out on a golf cart to get a few photos on the nearby bridge before the fun reception. Trans Audio DJs kept the ceremony hopping right up till I left.
